HEIRSPAC Honors Trailblazing Women Leaders at the California Women Rising Power 100 Cruise Marina del Rey, CA — October 19, 2025 — Helping Empowered Individuals Reach Success PAC (HEIRSPAC) celebrated the extraordinary leadership and achievements of California’s most influential progressive women at the California Women Rising Power 100 Cruise, an exclusive bottomless mimosa brunch and awards ceremony held aboard a luxury yacht departing from Fisherman’s Village in Marina del Rey. Hosted by Assemblymember Tina McKinnor, the Power 100 Cruise brought together elected officials, labor leaders, advocates, and community champions committed to advancing women’s leadership, equity, and progressive values across California. The event honored ten outstanding women whose work continues to uplift communities, defend workers’ rights, and shape the future of the state. This year’s honorees included:
HEIRSPAC’s Founder and CEO Dallas Fowler opened the ceremony with a stirring call to action: “Today we honor women who don’t wait for permission to lead. They set the standard for courage and community power. Our mission at HEIRSPAC is to ensure that women like them — pro-labor, progressive, and unstoppable — have the resources to win in 2026 and beyond.” The event also featured heartfelt presentations by Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, Senator Sacha Renee Perez, Councilmember Heather Hutt, and California Democratic Party Controller Carolyn Fowler. Together, they recognized the honorees for their dedication to social justice, labor equity, and transformative public service. Guests enjoyed a scenic two-hour cruise, live music, and a networking brunch while celebrating the impact of women in leadership and the continued growth of the California Women Rising Fund, which supports progressive women candidates running for state and local office. The highlight of the afternoon was the unveiling of a custom art award, a 12x12-inch commemorative piece featuring portraits of the honorees in a bold, Jacob Lawrence–inspired style — symbolizing solidarity, empowerment, and sisterhood. “This event reminds us that progress doesn’t sail itself — it takes women at the helm,” said Councilmember Heather Hutt during her closing remarks. The California Women Rising Power 100 Cruise reaffirms HEIRSPAC’s ongoing commitment to empowering women leaders and amplifying the voices shaping a fairer, more inclusive California.
